Leila Jelvani is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized experience in treating adolescents and adults who face anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Her therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative, working closely with clients to set meaningful goals and identify areas for growth. Leila utilizes evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices to guide her clients toward healing.

Leila holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on behavioral health from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has also received advanced training in ERP for OCD at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety.
